MY MISSION STATEMENT

To embrace a Mission Statement, one must have an intention to ‘accomplish’ something. Regarding weddings, what I intend to accomplish each time is to get myself ‘out of the way’ and fine tune my intuition to the point where I am able to deliver exactly what the couple is hoping for, not only in words, but in my personal involvement and presentation, bringing my own wisdom and knowledge of the couple to the fore, and sharing their joy and delight in the wedding ceremony and in the commitment they are making to each other. As a Wedding Officiant, with a passion for serving love above all else, you might say my desire is to be a virtual tour guide escorting the couple into the most blissful and meaningful union of their lifetime, through the structure of a well thought out and lovely wedding ceremony. What a special honor this is for me!

During the ceremony, I sometimes invite the guests, if they would like, to silently renew their vows of love to their partners, primary relationships and loved ones, along with the bridal couple. This allows them to join with the couple as they take their wedding vows, and in this way, not only experience greater participation in the wedding ceremony, but help increase and expand love on the planet for all of us, since in some unseen way we are all connected.

Ultimately, my goal is to guide the bridal couple gently and smoothly through a beautiful wedding ceremony of their choosing ~ one with just the right amount of sacredness and spirituality ~ one that embraces everyone present in a mutual feeling of love and connectedness. A ceremony filled not only with love, but with joy, caring, and when appropriate, even fun and laughter! Additionally, my goal is to leave everyone present with a feeling of 100% satisfaction that, not only have we witnessed their vows during the most important moment of their lives, but we have honored and celebrated this couple in the highest way possible and that it can’t get any better than this!
